Gumi Nira Trans Ltd. was founded in November 1996. The company was mainly engaged in trading used tires and rims. Later we bought equipment for retreading truck tires and since 1998 this became priority in the company’s activities. On autumn 2003, we started using Vipal   retreading materials, a brand not commonly recognized in Bulgaria.  Not long after that we were convinced of the quality of the materials. At the beginning of 2004 we signed a contract for distributing Vipal`s line of retreading materials. We managed to introduce the product to the market and get brand recognition, and at the beginning of 2005, after only one year, we received the rights for authorized importer and exclusive agent for Greece, Macedonia and Romania. At the end of 2006, after a thorough research on the quality of the ANTYRE brand, which carries light truck, truck and bus tires, Gumi Nira Trans Ltd. signed a sole agency agreement with the Chinese partner for Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Romania and Moldova. Gumi Nira Trans Ltd. has its own shop in Ruse equipped with machines for mounting and demounting tires up to 26 inches. We have developed network of distributors, which to a great extent facilitates the fast response and quality service provided to our clients. In 2006 we moved to our own building of 8000 square meters. The head quarters andthe international sales department for Romania, Moldova, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia and Serbia are located there, as well as the retread shop and the main logistics warehouse for VIPAL and ANTYRE products. The many years of experience, the team spirit, the wide range of quality products and reliable services helped the company to expand and to achieve steady growing sales every year.
